He said back in the ‘70s that he didn’t do drugs, even though many of his fans were potheads. He’s a crazy man, though, and fun to watch. ;-)

Ted would say that all the band members were passed out from the drugs and drinking, so that left all the girls for him.
I have actually bumped into him a handful of times, strangly enough, very friendly, open guy. Loves to talk hunting.
