Oddly, Imperial Russia was an allie at one time and even China and India were allies. My Grandfather was in CBI.
I trust none of them.
Allowing Any of them to become militarily superior is a mistake.
In this case we are like Victorian England. We CANNOT allow an alliance to form among them, anymore than the British would allow Imperial Germany, Czarist Russia, Republican France and Italy to join up.
Our foreign policy should be bent on keeping them apart at least as part of our “Realpolitik” strategy, and in the case of their governments, pressing their march toward democratic/capitalism.
