Why would anyone WANT to be romantically tied with someone whose values are so opposed to his own?I'm in that situation now.
She openly supports sedition and hopes that Mueller is successful as she likes many other traitors working to overthrow our President.
We do NOT normally discuss politics but it does come up. Otherwise, we get along very well. Do you think I should dump her?

Before I rush into a "yes" answer. Ask yourself this: what is her motivation for wanting Trump thrown out of office? Before Trump was nominated, I wasn't sure that he would be faithful to his pro-life position. If he could change it once, he could change it again. He had no track record as a politician, and his style of speaking took some getting used to.
I also knew that his nomination would pose a rupture in the Republican Party, and I had been more of a mind that the necessary rupture would be better if it took place later, after more members were added to the Freedom Caucus.
Anyway, he picked Pence for VP, which showed he was giving pro-lifers more than a nod and a place at the table, and he has been keeping his word on this and other issues, allowing for his trademark salesman-hyperbole and inability to contrl courts or the U.S. Congress.
Women are less political than men, which is usually a good thing. Most also are less inclined to stand out or been perceived as not being in fashion, fitting in with society at large. Winston Smith was always a far more convincing character than Julia.
Allowing for that, she may also believe some lies about Trump, or not know HOW bad his opposition truly is. You can educate her here. If she respect your knowledge and will hea out your opinions, you might be able to help her.
Are we talking Jennifer Rubin or Mona Charen or that Dana what's her name?
If her motivation is a bad underlying philosophy, then you should both move on. If it is a disagreement over that actual effect of a Trump presidency or the consequences of his removal for office, you might want to figure out where she is coming from.
I know a couple where the fellow is a conservative Republican Catholic whose wife is a secular far-left Jew. The kids all turned out well-educated, and far left. It is better to be with someone whose values are closer to your own.

I think you should do what makes you happy.
I can’t imagine being married to someone so opposed to my political views. My husband and I spend our wakeup time- his coffee time, my tea time- reading news articles and sharing the latest. We would be in a war by 6am if we were not in political agreement!
It would be especially hard now because nearly every topic has been made political. You can’t even discuss the weather, global warming!
