Sorry, I didn’t mean that in a derogatory manner. I was just trying to say, when bad things happen, it’s rarely the way we expect.
It’s near where I live, and I can’t say how I’d decide. This whole incident is ghastly. No good actors and a compilation of escalating idiocy.
Think of it this way, when the black guy assaulted the white guy, he was only inches away from the white guy, in fact his hands came in contact with the white guy. But at the time the white guy shot, the black guy was about 8-10 feet away.
This clearly indicates the black guy was in retreat *away* from the shooter.
