If you were that strong of a supporter of the 2A, you’d realize there’s not enough info there for you to make that call. Although it's possible that the dead guy was making threatening statements after the push his body language in the few seconds before he was shot seem to be him saying "OK,I'm done".

Seems to be. May not be though. A guy lying on the ground after being physically assaulted may see it differently. Let’s give him a break. No one needs to touch anyone else in the midst of an argument...once you do, all bets are off.
