Is there a difference between two people having a discussion (heated or not), and two people where one is violently pushed to the ground?

All stand-your-ground requires is fear for your safety. A man in a heated argument with a woman? A case could be made that her safety was at risk.

I didn’t actually hear any audio of the incident, hence why I put “ heated” in parenthesis, but the woman was inside a car and the man was standing a few feet away from it during the discussion. The deceased clearly initiated the physical confrontation, no?

Her safety was at risk exactly how?

From his words spoken to her at a distance?

That’s pretty frightening, I admit. It’s a good thing her boyfriend smashed his dangerous ass into the pavement, right, D00dleFrog?
