The Obama administration government contracting guidelines actually encouraged this.

They used the “Out and Equal” index as one of the standards for ranking contractors. If your jets or rockets were of similar cost and quality, whoever had more social engineering in the workplace or deliberate outreach to various sexual minorities got the contract.

Between 2008 and 2016, all of the major defense contractors went from middling scores on the Out and Equal Index (usually same sex partner health benefits) to high or perfect scores. That meant mandatory company seminars on “trust and respect” stating that this meant never disagree with any LBGTABC demands or you’re an evil bigot, diversity training on how transgenderism is the new civil rights. All because of the financial incentives to do so.

Far cheaper to higher a few SJWs to teach those classes and fill out the paperwork than design a better jet or make the military program more cost effective. And those HR jobs are part of what X-studies graduates expected to get upon graduation. They’re the trained chekists of the liberal revolution.

That explains a lot. The electronics company I worked for did have some government contracts. Good information. Thanks.
