I did read that he went ahead, turned around and shot him.
So was he targeted or targeted randomly.
The description from the USA Today story I just read said the killer was on a bike, passed the doc on bike, got in front of him, turned around and fired two times. Doc fell to the ground. Doc flagged an ambulance, was taken to hospital, and died.
Doc did all his post med school residency and such at Johns Hopkins. WAs there in 1986 until I’m not sure when.
Doesn’t seem random.
