Not always. Just since they started purposefully importing welfare cases so the politicians could line their pockets with gov't money. Back in the 60's (when I was a youth there) there were all sorts of ethnic neighborhoods - Ukranian, Polish, Italian, Hungarian, etc. Then they installed billboards in Puerto Rico advertising for people to move in. It's now pretty much 100 percent black & Hispanic.
Not for the American people but the Critters who want to invade our land and suck the stuffing out of us.
The DemonRats aren't even trying to hide their disdain for working class America. We are the present voters but they will do all they can to replace us with "their" kind of folk who will work on the Democrat plantation on the cheap. It's always about the money in one way or another.
