You know, of course, that we on FR judge a man by the content of his character rather than the color of his skin.
Actually that doesn’t even help his case. He is already a worthless waste of oxygen that others should be breathing and a poster child for the death penalty which should be on the ballot in all fifty states.
To pay for him with $50,000 a year or whatever it costs to keep him alive is a terrible waste of tax money.
In prison he can watch TV for hours, tap a computer, talk to a tax-paid lawyer, pump iron and do circuit training to hit people and cops harder when he gets out on parole, and generally relax all day at our expense. Very few stay in prison for their original trial determined sentence. Good deal.
I hope I made amends for my first line above.
We need the death penalty on the books in all 50 states.
“I hope I made amends for my first line above.”
Yes you did. But I believe in that first line too. That said, “experience” dictates that one ask the question about the “ethnicity’ of the killer, because we still need the statistics that flow out of the criminal elements of our society. I know that in some quarters it’s viewed as “unfair,” but the cops sphincters tighten when they go into areas where “minorities” are the majority for reasons of self-preservation. Citizens should be afforded that same “situational awareness!”
Being a convenience store clerk or a gas station attendant are hazardous places to work today.
