While I do think there are general stereotypes, i.e. manner of dress, accents, biases, that can be correct in a general way, and yet, there are huge exceptions to all of that.
Communism, socialism, fascism, etc - all come from white culture. Also, victimization ideology is not limited to non-whites.
Also, the golden rule ethics came from Semitic culture, not white. Jesus and the Apostles were all Jewish.
Using skin color as your ground perception for how people will think is a clear case of judging a book by its cover - yes, it may give some clues, but it certainly can be flawed and mistaken.
I think you might want to reconsider your premise.

I don’t disagree with you. At the present time America is not misbehaving (communism, etc.) and the 3rd world countries don’t instill America’s values into most of their citizens.
My premise is that profiling is a tool that we all should and do use.
