Speaking from experience if the Body hurts too much it’s very difficult if not impossible for someone to exercise to lose weight.
Are you positive that He is overweight?
Do you know what His BMI is ?
He could just be a large framed Man.
Have you walked a mile in His shoes ?
Don’t bother trying to reason with the anti-pain medication creeps on this thread. They’re morally superior to people who need pain medication/sarc
