If I'm not mistaken, spitting on another is considered assault with a deadly weapon in New York, and has been since AIDS and hepatitis became commonplace.
I believe there have been people charged with assault deadly when they spit on cops while being arrested and placed in custody.
Whoopie Goldberg is a classic example of a bigot. She also is a Democrat who violently disagrees with anyone whose views differ from hers. Screaming the F word, and spitting on Judge Janine Pirro is assault. Who knows what diseases she carries. She needs to be medically tested.
