Some of them do sound like some white people have issues with non-whites (generally white people in liberal cities...) but others seem to legitimate complaints.
Like the one with blacks barbecuing in the park.
IIRC there was no barbecuing in that area of the park.
Another is black girls shouting outside an open window on a hot day.
Some of these calls are because people (black people) broke a rule or were doing something obnoxious.
Or stupid.
Like crossing a street in the middle of a block, towing a toddler and daring drivers not to slam on their brakes...
This gets specially exciting in certain cities that have a huge number of stolen cars, which daily have accidents, kill themselves (no loss) or an innocent other driver or pedestrian.
