That’s not how he acted - someone is playing games with their graphics or whatever....
It is a couple seconds on a loop. It may be sped up a little. You can tell it’s real by the people moving behind him. They seem jerky at times, but that is just at the restart of the loop. Otherwise they are moving normally.
Yes, probably someone sped up the timing, but his mannerisms are demonic, for lack of a better description.
