No one has been stronger on Russia than President Donald Trump. The Hysteria to the Trump-Putin Summit in Helsinki, Finland is all political theater and very predictable at this point.
The left, legacy media, and never-Trumpers would have had the same negative, overblown reaction, no matter what took place there.

I was going to say the exact same thing.
The President needs to make a major speech to the nation regarding this very issue. Most sane people would understand that our intelligence agencies and FBI cannot accuse Russia of interfering and/or altering the results of our election if they did not inspect the DNC servers. There is absolutely no proof of their allegations without that inspection.
Seriously, I don’t even need the video to know Trump is not Putin’s “puppet” by any stretch.
Think about it, Putin’s a Russian nationalist who would if anything want America’s sovereignty dead and would not aid America unless it’s directly for Russia’s benefit (even his warning Trump to have Clinton arrested is solely to avoid nuclear war that would obviously put a hamper to his plans with Russia. It’s for the same reason Khrushchev “conceded” to Kennedy during the Cuban Missile Crisis [since the alternative was allowing Che Guevara and Fidel Castro to launch nukes at the American heartland and start a nuclear war].). Why would he use as a puppet a guy who wants to restore America’s national sovereignty and thus pose a massive threat to his plans for Russia? If anything, the more logical choice to use as a “puppet” would have been either Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton.
