Looky there! Already plucking okra!
Hope you had a glove on your hand. I itch just thinking about being NEAR okra. LOL! Found out the hard way how much “fun” that stuff can be.
What other goodies do you have? You told us before but my memory stinks.
Blue Lagoon, Reykjavik Iceland, I would love to see the Northern lights here...
Howdy, Publius.
Good thing you crave change. You’ve certainly had quite a bit of that since you moved west, haven’t you? LOL
Yes. Hot and dry for most of the year. Hot and humid now that it’s monsoon time. Southern Arizona has different degrees of hotness.
Oh, yeah....we’d find a place for that hard working guy!
No, it wasn’t cool here today. Thank goodness I didn’t have any reason for getting out in it. Except to feed the herd twice. It was actually kind of nice this morning, but didn’t take long to heat up.
Yay that y’all got rain! But not good for the sauna to start up the minute the sun came out. LOL! Kind of takes the shiny off the fact of the rain. Hope you didn’t have to get out much.
Howdy, PRO.
How are things out your way today? Still toasty enough to keep everyone inside in the A/C?
Still a sauna here but a front is moving through that’s SUUPOSED to give us a little relief tomorrow. We’ll believe it when we feel it.
He is easy.
Perfect combination! Will your MIL be there this year?
Gorgeous!
I’d love to see the northern lights anywhere. I’ve never been north at the right time to get a glance. Maybe when we go to WY in September. One can hope. :)
I saw them in 1957 in the South Jersey suburbs.
I have seen the northern lights many times, Red, Green, Blue
Whew, I feel for ya with the muggy part. It makes the heat a LOT more uncomfortable.
We’re beyond ready for a break in humidity.
Wow. I’m surprises they even show up in town. I hope to see them before my life is over. I know they must be amazing!
Did you see them a lot when in Ohio?
The heat and humidity aint bothering me, But The Sub Saharan Dust storm is taking the **ss out of me.
By 2 inn the afternoon I am gasping.
When I was young and the light pollution was low, Yes.
Oh well, I guess we knew it was too good to last, huh? LOL! At least y’all got a brief break.
We cool off at night though it’s still soupy out there. Doesn’t take much moving around to make one break out in a sweat even then.
I had to make a quick run to the store after it rained and just walking the short distance across the parking lot had my clothes sticking to me.
Poor Hubby was outside all day, trying to get our water running again. It stopped late last night. Apparently lightning had hit the pump house and fried the pump in the well. *sigh*
My Son says he has seen it in N Wi
