Russia in this context is the Russians from 2000 - NOW ie. Putin’s regime. I am sure we did more interference, but only for the fact that Russia is economically poor and could only afford to interfered in places directly affecting it like Ukraine, Crimea, etc... Where the USA interfered in countries not even bordering itself. Maybe I should have said we interfered needlessly in elections that were not even vital for direct national security for advancing socialism like how Obama did.
The USSR certainly worked against elections in many countries from 1917 - 1991
But the whole point was to show how even the vaunted Obama interfered in MANY other country’s elections.
