Russia warned the US more than once about the family and their ties to terrorism, that Tamerlan was training but our leaders (Obama, Mueller and Brennan) ignored it. It wasn’t just Russia who warned us but England and Saudi Arabia did, too. Each time, we ignored the warnings. We were too worried about exposing the CIA and, let’s face it, those three couldn’t care less about the US.
