Mindless, unexplainable, and grotesque acts like these are presumptively the work of Islamic Jihadists. IMO, that should be the starting point that can only be rebutted with clear and convincing evidence to the contrary.
I completely agree but accusations of the lunatics which are shown to be wrong does not help us.
