I think there is a possibility of him being impeached but the Senate will NEVER convict and remove him from office. The lack of Senate action would be why many in the House would vote to impeach as nothing would come of it, just like Holder.

Any normal CEO would have fired Sessions and Rosenstein in a NY minute after what they pulled and SHUT DOWM MUELLER on Day 1.

The impeachment of Rosenweasel by the House would allow POTUS to conserve political capital. POTUS could fire the arrogant creep with a phone call from Helsinki tomorrow but then he would face a shit-storm for “trying to shield himself” from Mueller’s investigation. Better to let the House take the heat.
What we have seen in recent Congressional testimony is an entire community of smirking, taxpayer-funded seditionists. In other lands in other times, bastards like these would be stood against a nearby wall and shot. Just the ongoing refusal to turn documents over to Congress deserves prompt and harsh retribution. If not by firing squad, then at the very least the taxpayers should be saving money on a few salaries and pensions.
The point isn’t to get him convicted by the Senate, which will never happen. The point is to get him impeached by the house so that Trump has cover to fire him. NO obstruction if he was already impeached.

Especially as the President tweeted the documents should be turned over.
The reason that the President has not declassified the documents is for similar reasons that he does not fire Rosenstein. Declassifying the documents would cause an uproar that he is involving himself in the investigation, he would be ‘interfering’. Of course, this is all bunk but it would give democrats campaign slogans and arguments.
So when will the President strike? He will attack after he’s been attacked or one of his team has been attacked. Lies and allegations are noisy disturbances, they are not ‘attacks’. An attack would be along the lines of issuing him a subpoena for questioning, by filing an official report that alleges he has committed obstruction, by cheating such as preparing to rig voting, when someone breaks a promise.
Donald Trump always plays defense. He dares his adversaries to cross a line and he enforces the line. While his opposition screams their lies and profanities at him, he lets them make their noise while he continues keeping his promises. This causes his adversaries to be lowered in the public eye while his approval increases.
It’s a fun term, and most people with any knowledge of English get it immediately.
