The FBI never obtained the DNC's server. How did they attribute the hacking to the Russians?

Exactly, and needs to be stressed by all.

CrowdStrike got it first, and who knows what they did to muck it up?

Aslo, a couple of yeas ago, Wikileaks dumped the who CIA Hacker's Toolkit, which included a program that made an attack look Russian, with imbedded code in Cyrillic and other tricks.

Now read this, from Zero Hedge, and your blood may boil!

In lieu of substantive evidence provided to the public that the alleged hacks which led to Wikileaks releases of DNC and Clinton Campaign Manager John Podesta’s emails were orchestrated by the Russian Government, CrowdStrike’s bias has been cited as undependable in its own assessment, in addition to its skeptical methods and conclusions. The firm’s CTO and co-founder, Dmitri Alperovitch, is a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, a think tank with openly anti-Russian sentiments that is funded by Ukrainian billionaire Victor Pinchuk, who also happened to donate at least $10 million to the Clinton Foundation.

In 2013, the Atlantic Council awarded Hillary Clinton it’s Distinguished International Leadership Award. In 2014, the Atlantic Council hosted one of several events with former Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, who took over after pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych was ousted in early 2014, who now lives in exile in Russia.

The more you investigate this rabbit hole, the more twists and turns you'll find.

Of course, none of this is reported in the Deep State Media...

If you want to learn about Crowdstrike, read this:

Since you brought up crowdstrike they were hired by the dnc to find who hacked into their website. They discovered the hack was an inside job and fingered Seth Rich at the time a DNC employee.
Originally, we thought he was killed by two MS13 goons who were later killed in SC.
dc lawyer Jack Burkman is claiming that he has a witness who claims that Rich was killed by a DEA and an ATF agent and has a witness—code named "Luke" who did a one hour 40 minute video recently telling the whole story.
its here:

long but worth the time.

Had that same thought that the FBI etc could be covering tracks here by claiming Russia did it knowing it will never be proven one way or another and they could indeed be the source of a “ cover up” look alike attack.... knowing that Seth Rich is the real source of releasing DNC materials
