The media just had a hard time believing such a smooth talker could possibly be evil when he was “helping” all those kids.
I heard from a friend that lives in GA that SMILES was a hugh fraud. Hope someone goes to jail. Monetary fines are too easily absorbed by the insurance industry. Jail time is not.
