Furthermore, when has the FBI EVER indicted foreign national spies who’ve never touched down on U.S. soil? And why indict just these spies? Why not indict the entire Russian GRU and and FSB apparatus while they’re at it? And why just Russia? Why not indict the entire foreign intelligence services of ALL of our enemies?

Throw in MI5, MI6, various diplomatic corps, Mossad (but even Mueller won’t go there) as this concept of enemies is a slippery one. The U.S. Deep State used information gathered from British and presumably Israeli sources, along with whatever they felt like making up at the time.
