This was an appalling security breach that could have resulted in dozens killed and wounded–including President Trump.
Friday night soon after Trump arrived at his Trump Turnberry golf club in Scotland, a Greenpeace protester flying a motored paraglider with a large anti-Trump banner hanging below flew within yards overhead of Trump who was outside receiving guests, forcing him to race inside with his Secret Service detail.
Inexplicably, first U.K. security on the perimeter and then U.S. security on top and around the building allowed the paraglider to fly unmolested over Trump, members of his national security team, senior administration officials and dozens of guests assembled outside, and the building–and then allowed the flyer to escape!

No excuse for this. Trump needs to unload on the Brits for their carelessness.
They need to be prepared for paragliders and DRONES and have preplanned ACTIONS to take. That action should be preapproved SHOOT TO KILL ORDERS.

Deliberate, since the paraglider was doing it as protest and he could have harmed president Trump. Major incident.
Just a disgusting lack of security. The freaking Secret Service just stood there watching this.
The only thing they did....told the president to run for his life. It’s utter madness that this happened.

You bet. And no hesitation! This paraglider was just another leftie protester. The next one could well be a bomb-carrying kamikaze.
It is a difficult choice. It is not as though President Trump had a fleet of aircraft, ready to intercept, at his command.
It appeared to me the paraglider never got within a two hundred yards of President Trump.
What is really shocking is that the pilot and glider got away.
Still, these types usually talk, so they may get caught yet.
