Nothingburger, but lets the Dems go into “Russia, Russia Russia...” mode. Here's what our 'intelligence' people need to know: Hillary lost because she was a horrible candidate who ONLY appealed to corrupt white liberal elites in DC (and their pet victim groups).
If Russians had the power to change OUR elections with a few hundred thousand dollar 'investment' they would be hired by every democrat in the country. And since that's NOT happening we can assume the 'power of Russians' is overstated.
