First, it’s a Rosenstein announcement, which is mostly worthless.
Second, where are the hard drives to back up this allegation?
Third, the most you can say is that they monitored the networks and possibly planted miscellaneous files. Course, maybe their datafiles told Hillary over and over...she’d win...when the data proved otherwise.
Odd that Rosenstein would do this while the President is about visit Putin.

How can this plausibly be charged if the DNC server was never examined and is now reportedly missing? Or, if the Awans surrendered a fake when ordered to surrender the server? There is simply no evidence, going on what has been reported. But it’ll cost $350K to prove it.
And furthermore; even if we stipulate that the server was hacked and further stipulate that the Russians did it, what evidence exists that the effort was undertaken to help Trump?

So the FSB hacked into the democrat computers. That’s their job. And I’m sure they are good at it. It’s the job of every foreign intelligence service that’s worth a damn. And frankly, I hope our intelligence services are doing the same thing.
