When the Russians fight this the Mueller will back off. Mueller cannot allow discovery in this scam. Maybe he is hoping to drag this out till after the mid terms.
Mueller can but the DNC will fight it and claim that the server is lost along with all backup tapes/disks. I'm wondering how Mueller scammed up sufficient "evidence" for this indictment.
