Well, I want to agree... but there hasn't been enough time to even compare about that individual and the elections of 2016..
Off the top of my head, I think he had been banned for about 4+ years, but time isn't my friend anymore.. so I don't remember.. but 4+ is more than 2+ .. ;^)

I wasn't behind Trump back then either. But, I learned quickly to keep my mouth (fingers) shut :p
So far, I have more hope for our future than before he was elected.
