After college (2002/2003 time), she applied to the FBI program as some type of lawyer. It's a curious thing because you go back and find that she knew three central characters: former bureau director James Comey​, former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and Robert Mueller. Based on what you see in the internet...it had to be on a first name basis. So from 2003 to 2016 (13 years), I get the impression that she just stepping on promotion 'stones' and maybe being a passed-around-paramour. I don't think Pete got there first.

I need to assume she has something going for her or has lost something since her even younger days. Right now she is awfully scrawny. I’d have to throw her back and hope she got better.
