What crime is it when theres a coup against the gov that doesnt meet those conditions?
I'm not a lawyer but I watch the ones on TV, Haha.
But seriously, what I have gathered from reading and watching experts what crimes were committed fall under the corruption and malfeasance statues, regulations on personal conduit for government employees and the non-crime acts described as just bad decisions by useful idiots.
The only time the term "treason" is brought up is by political talking heads on TV, most likely to "stir the pot" to get ratings. Anyone who truly believes there will be treason trials will be sorely disappointed.

They didn’t even try Jefferson Davis for treason.
Or convict Aaron Burr. And he did a lot more than gather a few men.
