Conspiracy with others yet unnamed and identified who in cooperation and in a conspiracy planned to remove a duly elected President of the United States including parties foreign Governments and subvert the seating there of him.
Not withstanding any and all co-conspirators in such a criminal act are to be treated as enemy combatants, participating in attempted subversion and downfall of a duly elected government and by such actions are deemed to be such and subject to appropriate laws and penalties
As the old saying goes; The proof is in the pudding.
You gotta have evidence and not the “seriousness of the charge”

There will be convictions. Just not treason charges.
