If her husband owns $100,000 in Facebook stocks the SHE owns $100,000 in Facebook stocks. California is a community property state. What’s his is hers. Period.

No problem. She’s a Democrat and they’re immune.

Is this worse than publishing secret testimony as Feinswine did with the Fusion GPS guy?

Okay, what about Feinstien's extended family, including sons or daughters, cousins, in-laws, grandkiddos, nieces and nephs, and issue from there?

One suspects that it just might be substantially more than a mere 100k.

(I do not know anything, of course, but I remain suspicious when it comes to the corrupt left.)

Agreed. $100,000 to billionaires like the FineScweins is nothing. What we should be talking about is the China and Post Office real estate deals.

Yep. Unless the Dems want to drop that hackneyed argument (and apo9logize to Pres. Trump for even raising it).

However, I seem to remember that Feinstein and her husband were involved in some ethics/business scandal about 10 years ago in California, or was the Pelosi and her crooked husband, or both?

Land speculation, buildings speculations, insider trading, etc.

Puhhhhleeeeease!! Feinstein used to be the chair of some committee, and she funneled BILLIONS to herself and her hubby. When it was found out, she lost the chair, but is still on the committee. That was many, many moons ago (a little indian lingo there). After she finally leaves the Senate she will probably find a way to continue the theft, fraud, etc. There are no rules, laws, regulations for democRATS.

DiFi and her hubby know a thing or two about using her Govt status and
influence to steer business and profits their way, too (like the Clintons).

Perhaps there/s the prospect of empaneled FBI agents with Grand Jury subpoena power investigating things like how her husband/s investment group managed to obtain several Billion dollars taxpayer-funded govt contracts .....

BACKSTORY: Back in Sept 2014, Senate intel head Di/Fi was whining about the CIA looking through her computers and taking documents. Clearly, the CIA had plenty on her----even BEFORE the shocking Chi/Com missile scandal brke involving a Cali state Senator.

Di/Fi's known aversion to guns did not prevent her from honoring Sen Leland Lee's co-defendant, Raymond Chow---Chow is the key figure in Cali's Demorat state Sen Yee's shocking sub rosa missile deal w/ China (Yee is a notorious grabber of American guns).

INCONVENIENT FACTOIDS:

<><>Feinstein heads the Senate Intel Committee;

<><> Her hubby Richard Blum made million as the lawyer for Chinese interests and from tax-funded govt contracts;

<><> Did Di use her access to valuable US security data improperly?

<><> Hubby Richard Blum made millions in China deals in past years. How'd he do that?

<><> Is hubby cutting new deals w/ the Chi/Coms?

ITEM--Senator’s husband profits for 15 years from federal funds (Feinstein-Blum)
NY Post | 1/19/15 | Richard Johnson / FR Posted by Libloather

My report Sunday on the lucrative deal Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s husband has to sell 56 post office buildings barely scratched the surface of her conflicts of interest. The California Democrat’s financier husband, Richard C. Blum, is estimated to be a billionaire from his shrewd investments in companies that profit from federal policies.

“For at least 15 years, Feinstein has appeared to support government contracts that push federal funds toward companies co-owned or governed by her powerful, billionaire husband, Richard C. Blum,” Breitbart News reported. (Excerpt) Read more at pagesix.com ...

ITEM--Sen Finestein's husband, Richard Blum, became a billionaire representing China's interests.

BACKSTORY: Back in Sept 2014, Senate intel head Di/Fi was whining about the CIA looking through her computers and taking documents. Clearly, the CIA had plenty on her.

====================================================

Sponsored by Senator Diane Feinstein, the Desert Wilderness Protection Act and its companion bill known as the California Desert Protection Act created three new national parks and seventy- four new wilderness areas in the desert of California that total 8 million acres (an area the size of Maryland).

This closes acreage to development, forces out private owners within the protected area and closes mines and ranches. It also expands the Death Valley and Joshua Tree national monuments and upgrades them to national parks.

It seems that the real motivation for passage of this bill lies with the special interest groups that would benefit monetarily. Through a complex series of land exchanges, Catellus Corporation (Owned by none other than Richard Blum DiFI Hubby), a subsidiary of Santa Fe Pacific, will receive land that contains some of the richest gold deposits in the world.

Yeah. Flip this around. Imagine if instead of Feinstein/Facebook it was Cornyn/Enron. MSNBC & Morning Joe would be having a field day.
