I’ve been told ... Eastern Oregoners possess a very different value set than do Western Oregoners.

I would be interested in knowing what geography produced the 110k signatures.

I’ve been told the Eastern portions of OR, WA and CA are the more Conservative voters.

Unfortunately, the major population centers of all three States are in the Western halves.
