Is this routine> I have never seen DOJ do this to a SCOTUS nominee. Maybe I wasn’t paying attention.
But this is NY Times so we know there’s politics behind it somewhere.
looks like it isn’t actual vetting of Kavenaugh, but of the documents requested by the Senate - but said in a way to cause people to flip out.
