DC went from being run by irresponsible democrats, to somewhat responsible democrats, and now SJWs who just raised the minimum wage to 15$ an hour (which will kill the service industry) and want to now ban straws.
Wrong title...all Democrat cities run for more than thirty years
DC is run about as well as can be expected, considering what they have to work with.
