This White House is congenitally incapable of defying a court order. This is terrible precedent, its net effect is to transfer executive branch authority over to an out of control judiciary. We are witnessing a very dangerous concentration of power in one branch, because congress has been doing the same thing for years. We are becoming a country ruled by black-robed despots and tyrants who will not have to answer to the people for any of their actions and decisions.
