PS I should add I have a buddy who works for a different big bank in NTC and he says it’s exactly the same there. We both largely escaped that because we’re in our 40s and are about one level too high to see much of that, but those 1-2 decades younger are really being denied opportunities because of it.
No so much there, but I’m one of those that’s a decade behind and seeing that too often.
