They want to ask Lisa, the adulteress and traitor about what shes wrote! She has seen what she wrote, she is RESPONSIBLE for what she wrote, so this whole "excuse" about not being able to "see" documents is utter garbage! And besides which, Flynn and Manafort got far worse treatment!
