If they can muster enough states to ratify an amendment then that would indeed be a right. Is this not tacit acknowledgement that there is no current “right” to kill your child?

If Roe was overturned, all that would mean is each state would have the right to set its own policy.

Its by no means the end of the world as the Left is proclaiming.

No, it would be a wrongful and invalid assertion of a fictitious right.

Rights come from God, and there can never be a right to do something of which God disapproves.
