The lawyer representing President Trumps former personal attorney Michael Cohen issued a cryptic warning to the president and his lawyer Rudy Giuliani this week, in apparent reference to what his client could share with federal prosecutors.
Cohen, who is under criminal investigation as part of a federal grand jury probe into his personal business dealings, retained former White House special counsel Lanny Davis last week to represent him.
Davis, who served under former President Bill Clinton, seemingly challenged Giuliani on Monday for saying his client should tell the truth.
Did @rudygiuliani really say on Sunday shows that @michaelcohen212 should cooperate with prosecutors and tell the truth? Seriously? Is that Trump and Giuliani definition of 'truth'? Trump/Giuliani next to the word 'truth' = oxymoron. Stay tuned. #thetruthmatters, Davis tweeted.

Lanny Davis was just hired on and he already has a complete grasp of the entire career of Cohen and his dealings with Trump?
Could just be posturing. He needs to make the prosecutors think hes giving them dirt. It will probably be piddly stuff. He knew about the payment to Stormy etc. So what?
If Cohen is really going to testify against Trump, this should be breaking news. But who knows. Maybe Cohen thinks he can wiggle out of this by making vague public statements. Or maybe Lanny Davis is bluffing.
WTF? Cohen would allow his lawyer to tweet something like that? This is lanny playing partisan politics, is Cohen really that stupid?
I wonder where Cohen is getting the big bucks to pay Lanny Davis?
Attorney-Client privilege?
What about THAT?
p
Probably trying to get Trump's attention, pardon?
Today Schumer - like Schiff-less in the past - yelled how Trump's SCOTUS nomination was to cut off Mueller's nailing the Prez for crimes. Obviously the Dems have put all their impeachment eggs in Mueller's basket.
As Q says, these people are stupid!
Why does a lawyer need a lawyer?
