How many times did The Framers mention it in the Constitution..?
ZERO times.
Therefore it is 100% a matter for the STATES, where it could be TOTALLY legal or totally illegal.
Social policy should be left to the states. Abortion or marriage should be none of the federal government’s business.
By telling states they can’t regulate in these areas, the courts have pre-emptied political solutions and widened our social divides.
Roe and Obergefell didn’t settle anything and even liberals know people will never accept the reasoning behind these decisions as legitimate.
They were wrongly decided and should be overturned.
Amendment V: No person shall ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law"
Amendment XIV: "No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
