A cancer-suffering boy's family was bombarded with abuse after thanking Donald Trump's son Eric for donating $16.3 million to his hospital.
Zach, from Memphis, was diagnosed with cancer aged four and years later is in remission after treatment at St Jude's Hospital.
His aunt Sherrie Hopper discovered that Mr Trump donated millions to the hospital and thanked him on Twitter for helping save Zach's life.

We have seriously deranged people in this country.
Their hatred of President Trump is devouring them.
They can’t be helped when they do unconscionable things like attacking a cancer victim’s family.
Behavior like this is boomeranging on them.
My kids were in college when we got our cell phones and I had to learn to text in serf-defense.
They could not answer their phones during class, but they could answer their texts. So if I needed to get hold of them, I texted them to call me back.
Don’t feed trolls. Put them on ignore.
Twitter has tools to let people block nasties.
Wonderful Democrats showing their class.
Everything is political with these people, including contributing to charities.
They are beneath contempt.
To be accurate, Eric Trump did not donate $16.3 million to St. Jude's he helped raise a total of $16.3 million over 10 years. He was certainly instrumental in the fund raising's success but not the only person who donated.
Every so often a story comes along where the behavior is so disgusting that you just feel ashamed to be a member of the same species. This is one.

I have thought about getting a twitter account so I can get POTUS tweets and such, but it bothers me that open protocols for email and chat are being ditched for this platform. Not to mention the leftist entity that has inserted itself in the middle and is collecting information, building profiles, and censoring content. Not good.
Democrats are pure evil.

I do that with friends and family.
I use postcards to send messages taunting libs like The Young Turks, etc. Last month I watched their election night show — just for fun. Sent them a postcard thanking them for the entertainment.
Compared to Pol Pot, Mao and Lenin
I know he’s been very involved in helping St. Jude’s financially. IIRC, during the campaign, he was bullied to withdraw from the charity in some way. As always, the Dems hate Trump more than they want to save the lives of children.
