I would suspect that 97% of those flying into Haiti must be Haitians themselves either visiting or returning home.
The remaining 3%? Reporters with an agenda.
Sadly, Haiti, just as with Somalia, is a failed state.
Someone is deciding not to make full use of their natural resources. The Swamp must be pretty deep there.

There are lots of missionaries who go to Haiti. I know several who have been there on medical missions, etc.
