When Jay Sekulow, who knows something about the law and how critical it is to have an originalist on the high court, say he has known Kavanaugh for years and that the President has made “an excellent” choice, that he couldn’t have made a better one, tells me all I need to know about Brett Kavanaugh.
Could Kavanaugh become a turncoat? Sure. People get into the wrong DC crowd and parties and they change.
Mark Levin had a hand in choosing Souter, but it turned out to be a disaster.
I trust Trump, the Heritage Foundation and the others who like Kavanaugh over some whiny-ass FReepers.
