You do realize that he has to say that to get confirmed, right? Rand Paul is already out. Lose Collins and Murkowski and it’s game over.
I don’t believe his record backs that up.
Need to hear more about it than objections from the media.
Every SCOTUS nominee has said that since 1973. For the Conservative nominees, it's a necessary lie. I trust President Trump and that means I'm sure Kavanaugh would vote to overrule Roe.
