As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.
Patriot are reminded that, hypothetically speaking, even if Pres. Trump got the opportunity to fill the Court with conservative justices, because of the loose-cannon 17th Amendment, it’s still possible imo for the Court to flip back to a state sovereignty-ignoring, pro-gay, pro-murder of unborn children activist liberal majority.
We really need to get rid of ill-conceived 17th Amendment.
The 16th Amendment needs to disappear too.
