PGA 3 day event. Tournament formerly called Greenbrier Classic. President Trump arrived the first day to kick off the event.

President Donald Trump spoke to the Salute to Service event Tuesday at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., held in conjunction with the PGA Tour’s there stop this week.

During his speech, he recognized several current PGA Tour pros in the crowd, including Bubba Watson, Keegan Bradley and Phil Mickelson. Trump also called out PGA Tour Champions player John Daly.

“I like Phil, and Phil I think likes me,” Trump said.

Amid his remarks on various policy items, and praise for the military, he offered some plaudits for golfers.

“These are PGA players. These are unbelievably talented people. They’re talented in their mind and in their body,” Trump said. “Their muscles are strong but their mind has to be stronger. It’s tough. And these are tough people.”

Housed under the West Virginia Wing of The Greenbrier Resort, the top-secret, super-sized bunker was built for all 535 members of Congress during the Eisenhower era. And, The Greenbrier, which has been welcoming guests from around the world since 1778, including 26 presidents and countless celebrities.

Several are saying the Queen told him to walk ahead ...he then stops and looks around for her. I think its funny. I love our President...he takes it all in stride.

Thought:
The queen has seen PDJT in his military school uniform and knows how fond he is of the troops. She has not done this Review of the Troops for all
of the presidents she’s met. It’s meant as a special honor and tribute to him.
She looks so delicate and tiny next to him. Have to laugh a bit with her hand bag, gloves and hat.

Sarah Sanders said it was an honor to be given the military guard presence for a Tea. Hasn't been done for what..70 years? Go ahead...I've laughed so hard..our President really enjoyed the honor..and notice she told Melania what she was doing and Melania stayed. It was totally for Donald. Quite touching actually.

It shows she cared enough to look into his likes and dislikes and honor them.

Somehow I see Malanias hand in that little maneuver. She good at responding with a bit of humor and just the right amount of innocence !

Yes, I think Melania has her hand in a lot of the goings on.

She thought she was a woman of elegance, and my mother felt she was a great woman. I remember even as a little guy, if there was any kind of a ceremony to do with the Queen, my mother would be watching the television - she wanted to see it.’

Trump sighed. ‘I was walking up and I was saying (to Melania) “Can you imagine my mother seeing this scene? Windsor. Windsor Castle.” And it was beautiful, it was really beautiful but the Queen is terrific. She is so sharp, so wise, so beautiful. Up close, you see she’s so beautiful. She’s a very special person. And the way she’s conducted herself for so many years. And she’s got a lotta years left.’
