Reinnes doxxed a bookstore owner and is encouraging his Twitter followers to harass him because of this (tweet).

The way around this problem is simple. People who vocally attack others in public need not just to be arrested for disturbing the peace, but given maximum jail time.
30 days or 90 days would do a lot to cool their jets. But judges have gotten into the bad habit, which encourages more of this nonsense, of just giving them a wrist slap before letting them go. Often to the point where police will no longer bother to arrest them.
It is like the “cracked window” in a neighborhood. It demeans the law through statutory neglect.
Imagine the amusement if some repeat offender radical got six months in jail.
NOW will Tucker Carlson finally stop having that Reinnes creep on his show, and giving him a forum to spew his oral sewage on the TV audience? Especially since by this time we KNOW what he’s going to say before he opens his leering yap?

As of a few weeks ago I did not either. Apparently it means digging up information about someone (wife name,kids names,kids school, facebook,place of work, make of car,husbands name,dog name,cat name,phone numbers,relatives phone number, addressees etc. ) and posting it on line and spreading it around in hopes that the person will become a focus of harassment.
I am concerned for the owners of Black Swan Books. The hatred and vitriol against them on social media is awful. And, as you say, the financial hit they are likely to take ...
They are in need of support. This is most unfair.
