Wrong way driving and fleeing on foot tend to be an illegal alien moves.
On many one way streets, it’s not hard to turn the wrong way in the wee hours of the morning when there’s no traffic around. I’ve done it once or twice myself. Generally the driver quickly recognizes the error and takes the next turn, or whips a U turn. Unless there’s a police officer around … which brings me to a trial on which I was a juror, but that’s a story for another day.
